10/10. We can not say enough about our stay. The apartment was beyond our expectations and was absolutely wonderful, with a beautiful view from the private balcony. The refrigerator was fully stocked with juices, wine, eggs, butter, yogurts and sodas. We received a basket every morning with delicious homemade pastries. Gianluca met us at the parking garage and transported all of our luggage. The staff were friendly, accommodating and appreciative. We would definitely recommend and look forward to returning.

What a wonderful place and the absolute best hosts! The property is beautiful, fully air conditioned, sparkling clean, and in an easy to walk location that is close to the restaurants and shops but tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. Every modern convenience you can think of and several I wouldn't expect (sparkling water dispenser!?!). Great views of La Bocche/Bay of Poets. The provided amenities go well beyond the usual, are well thought through, are high level (e.g., proper sparkling and red wine glasses) -more like what you might get at a 5 star hotel. Gianluca, Cristina and the Ca Amae team that manage the property were so kind and friendly and always responsive. They helped recommendations, luggage and even reservations. The property is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, but the Ca Amae team adds another level that makes you feel comfortable in a new place - home away from home. The best equipped, best supplied and best managed property.

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! For so many reasons: - they brought our bags up after a short taxi from La Spezia - the town is nicer, cleaner, less crowded, friendlier and easier to navigate than most of Cinque Terre - Christina acted like a concierge for us: dinner reservations, excursion reservations, guided us through town, was available for every question we had. So friendly and helpful. - the apartment is styled to perfection. It has everything you need or want! Wine cellar with bottles for sale, coffees, snacks, drinks, pastries every morning, games to play, smart TVs in every room. The result? A space to immediately enjoy, de-stress and decompress, great breakfasts on the balcony and restaurants a short stroll away. Nightcaps of wine on the terrace watching the moon rise over the island. Bella vita!

Our family had an amazing stay and this was by far, the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. The location couldn't be better, offering convenience and spectacular views in a beautiful and modern boutique home. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the host's unmatched hospitality and attention to detail from the moment I booked, to our departure morning. Every morning was a highlight, starting with a delicious breakfast of pastries and bread delivered straight from a local bakery. A bowl of fresh fruit was on the table upon arrival and fresh milk, yogurt and eggs were stocked in the fridge along with a generous selection of drinks. Our family felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and we are so thankful we could experience this dreamy part of Italy. This was a true 10/10 experience, and we hope to visit again!

Nous avons été accueillis comme de véritables VIP, dès le parking à l'entrée du village, par Cristina et son collègue, qui se sont chargés de transporter l'ensemble de nos bagages jusqu'à notre merveilleuse location, idéalement située en plein cœur du village. À notre arrivée, ce fut un véritable waouh! Nous avons été immédiatement séduits par l'emplacement exceptionnel du logement, offrant une vue magnifique sur le golf ainsi que sur l'église San Pietro. L'appartement est d'une qualité remarquable : un design à la fois épuré et élégant, un mobilier raffiné, des équipements électroménagers haut de gamme et une attention portée aux moindres détails. Tout était pensé pour notre confort : serviettes de toilette, peignoirs, chaussons, produits de toilette de qualité, ainsi qu'un nécessaire complet pour la plage. Le réfrigérateur était généreusement garni de fruits frais et de boissons et une fontaine à eau réfrigérée était également à notre disposition. Chaque matin, un petit-déjeuner copieux, varié et de grande qualité nous était livré directement à l'appartement, un service particulièrement appréciable qui contribuait encore davantage à rendre notre séjour exceptionnel. L'entretien du logement était assuré quotidiennement avec le plus grand soin et les lits étaient refaits chaque jour, comme dans un hôtel de grand standing. Ce service irréprochable a largement participé à notre confort tout au long du séjour. Tout a été conçu et organisé avec un niveau d'excellence digne des plus grands établissements. Un immense merci à Cristina et à toute son équipe pour leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et la qualité irréprochable de leur accueil. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nul doute que ce séjour restera l'un de nos plus beaux souvenirs de vacances. Avevamo scelto Portovenere per visitare le Cinque Terre sfuggendo alla folla. Non immaginavamo quanto sarebbe stata bella, né quanto San Pietro Terrace by the Sea avrebbe reso il soggiorno qualcosa di davvero speciale. Parcheggio riservato all'ingresso del borgo, bagagli ritirati: in pochi minuti eravamo già in vacanza, su una terrazza mozzafiato con la Chiesa di San Pietro accanto e il Golfo dei Poeti davanti. La mattina ci siamo svegliati con un cestino della colazione pieno di prodotti buonissimi, accompagnato da un fiore. Un gesto che racconta tutto: questa è una casa in cui si è pensato davvero agli ospiti, in ogni dettaglio. I bellissimi libri dedicati ai paesaggi, alla storia e alla cultura locali, le borse mare brandizzate San Pietro Terrace lasciate in regalo: una cura evidente in ogni aspetto. L'host ci ha anche organizzato un tour al tramonto con una barca dedicata tra Palmaria, Tino e Tinetto. Ore sospese, con la luce che cambiava sul mare e i tre isolotti tutt'intorno.

This Airbnb was absolutely the nicest place we have ever stayed! The photos don't do it justice. Everything was immaculate, so well thought out and the views from the patio cannot be beat! Most importantly, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but perfect. The hospitality that was extended to us was incredible — help with luggage immediately upon arrival, a picnic basket of the most incredible pastries and breads delivered to our doorstep daily, a stocked refrigerator, local recommendations… Truly, this stay was amazing not only because of the unit itself, but the fact that we were treated like family from the moment we arrived is something we will never forget. We loved Portovenere for its beauty and incredible food, but the people and hospitality is something that will stay with us forever. We truly cannot thank you enough for such an amazing stay. The apartment is incredible and your hospitality was above and beyond. We will never forget your kindness.

Abbiamo soggiornato al San Pietro Terrace by the Sea in due coppie di amici e ce ne siamo innamorati. È una di quelle case in cui si entra e ci si sente subito in vacanza. È elegante ma allo stesso tempo accogliente, la vista è davvero spettacolare ed ogni dettaglio è curato con grande attenzione. Dopo le giornate trascorse tra Portovenere e le Cinque Terre, tornare qui era sempre un piacere. Il momento più bello era l'aperitivo sul terrazzo al tramonto, con davanti il Golfo dei Poeti e di fianco la Chiesa di San Pietro: una vista davvero difficile da dimenticare! Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la possibilità di usufruire del posto auto, il servizio bagagli e la colazione del mattino (con brioches, paste e focacce fresche recapitate dal vicino forno della Locanda). Ci siamo davvero sentiti coccolati. Torneremo sicuramente e la prossima volta ci fermeremo più a lungo!
